If you feel like it, there can be a lot more to the club than just a game of Squash or Racketball...
Throughout the year, many of the Squash members get together to take part in a range of activities, such as ski trips, sailing weekends, clay pigeon shooting and the annual riverside family barbeque.
As a Squash member, you will be welcome to join the rest of us on any these fun activities.
On a sunny October weekend, eight members enjoyed sailing in the Solent on a 36 ft Baveria keel boat.
On Saturday we sailed down past the Needles and then on to Poole Harbour where we had a meal before watching a live band in one of the pubs on the sea front. On Sunday morning up to Cowes in light winds for lunch before returning to Lymington.
On the 4th July, three cars packed with Squash club members drove North to start the Three Peaks Challenge - climb Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon, the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours. Their purpose was to raise money for both the club and Noah's Ark Childrens Hospice.
